KUNDALINI YOGA | MEDITATION | GONG VIBRATIONS
$22.00
Event Dates TBD
Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
Together in community, we will gather for a morning of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. This is a sacred opportunity to align with nature’s rhythms, embrace new possibilities, and release what no longer serves us and learn Tools and techniques to maintain a balanced lifestyle.
Kundalini Yoga is often called the Yoga of Awareness.
More than a physical practice, it is an experiential technology designed to awaken the energy, wisdom, and potential that already exist within you.
Through a unique blend of movement, breathwork, mantra, meditation, and sound, Kundalini Yoga works on multiple dimensions of the self simultaneously. The kriyas (specific sequences of postures and practices) help release stagnant energy and subconscious patterns. Breathwork strengthens the nervous system and expands vitality. Mantra focuses the mind and shifts inner states, while the vibrations of the gong invite deep relaxation, integration, and renewal.
Each class is an opportunity to step beyond the constant activity of the mind and reconnect with a deeper intelligence within yourself.
As stress, old conditioning, and emotional residue begin to clear, many people experience greater clarity, resilience, creativity, intuition, and a renewed sense of connection to life.
This practice is not about becoming someone else.
It is about remembering who you are beneath the noise.
It is an invitation to reclaim your sovereignty, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and awaken to the fullest expression of the human being you are already becoming.
Whether you are new to Kundalini Yoga or have practiced for years, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Come breathe, move, meditate, and experience what becomes possible when awareness leads the way.
Love and Blessings,
Stacie "Gopal" Laskin
