Liability Agreement – Gratitude and Grace Retreat

By proceeding with the purchase of this retreat, you (“the Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Retreat Services
This retreat includes lodging, meals, scheduled group activities, and personal facilitation by Stacie Laskin  and affiliates. Airfare, travel insurance, medical coverage, and personal expenses are not included.

2. Assumption of Risk
You understand that participation in a wellness retreat may involve physical, emotional, and travel-related risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation and any resulting injuries, illness (including COVID-19), or losses.

3. Release of Liability
By completing this purchase, you release and discharge Stacie Laskin and all affiliated partners from any and all liability for injury, illness, death, loss, or damages incurred during or after the retreat. Emergency care will be provided to the extent reasonably possible, but all participation is at your own risk.

4. Refund Policy
Retreat deposits and payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer or affected by government-mandated travel restrictions. Optional travel insurance is recommended.

5. Agreement
By purchasing your spot in this retreat, you affirm that you are of sound mind and body, and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

By Continuing with payment, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Photography and Social Media Promotion Agreement.

1-Client consents to being photographed or filmed during the duration of the Retreat ,these photographs and/or videos may be taken by Stacie Laskin or  authorized representatives.

2. **Use of Images:** Client grants Stacie Laskin the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish any photographs or videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on our website, social media platforms, marketing materials, and any other promotional materials.

3. **No Compensation:** Client understands and agrees that they will not receive any compensation for the use of these photographs or videos.

4. **Release of Liability:** Client releases Stacie Laskin and its agents, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, whether presently known or unknown, arising out of the use of Client's image, likeness, or voice for promotional purposes.

5. **Right to Decline:** Client has the right to decline being photographed or filmed during the Retreat and should inform Stacie Laskin in writing in advance if they choose to exercise this right.
